About EasyServe
EasyServe is an Ontario-based document preparation tool, built and maintained by a small team that includes landlords. We are not a law firm or paralegal practice — we don't provide legal advice or representation. We make the N4 specifically because it's the most common notice and the easiest one for small landlords to get wrong.
Notices are generated client-side using the official LTB N4 PDF template. Data is stored in Canada with 7-year retention for paying customers. Free guest users get the same generator with no account or persistent storage.
